3 to 5 garlic cloves 2 anchovy fillets 1 oz lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 2 oz olive oil Dash or two of Worchestershire Sauce 1/4 to 1/2 tsp sugar 1 egg yolk pepper 1/2 to 1 cup croutons 3 strips crispy bacon, crushed Leaves of Romaine lettuce grated Parmesan cheese Preparation:
Crush the garlic with salt in a bowl. Add and crush the anchovies. Mix everything together, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
